FACILITIES & HOUSING

LIT’s focus is on computer-assisted learning. The school has a large state-of-the-art computer lab with the user computers in a network controlled by the instructor.
The instructor can:

   - See and hear what each student is doing.
   - Control any student’s computer.
   - Display what’s on the instructor's computer on the students’ computers.

All computers in the computer lab also have Internet access. There is a student lounge area where students can practice English with each other, study, eat and relax. The rest of the school consists of small classrooms for teachers to lead small groups of students in practicing conversations, pronunciation, and other essential English language skills.

Housing Options

    - LIT does not provide housing, however we can refer students to local housing options including hotels, apartments and home-stays. A home-stay offers students  the opportunity to live with an American family while studying in Houston.
